Relational Design Systems, inc. (RDSI) was founded in 1994 and specializes in bringing together the World Wide Web, ORACLE RDBMS and Toolset with the right hardware and application software to build information systems.
RDSI is a small business with broad experience in all of the latest versions and technologies of Oracle.
The company specializes in the development and support of computer-based systems for complex data processing and database management applications. For most of our clients, a critical database application is the driving force behind their system design and implementation. we specialize in helping organizations effectively build and maintain their information systems.
RDSI works closely with end-users during all phases of the system lifecycle. We have the experience and the resources to deliver on a complete program which includes requirements analysis, design, development, integration and testing, installation, maintenance, and upgrades. The actual development team works with the customer to develop meaningful system documentation and training programs.
We currently support the Department of Defense (DoD), Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). Over the past twenty years, we have designed, built, deployed, monitored, and maintained dozens of applications across their enterprise.

Scot Greber – President and CEO
- 35+ years working in Information Technology (IT), including 25+ years of Oracle Experience in the areas of Project/Customer Management, Application/Database Design, installation, development, monitor and control of web based relational systems for a variety of needs.
- 20+ Years OF DoD technical PM experience, Application/Database Design Experience across a wide array of diverse application requirements for Military Community and Family Policy.
Corey Roadcap – CFO and Principal Software Engineer
- 10+ years working in Information Technology (IT), including 8+ years of Oracle Application Express and Database Design.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as javascript and CSS, focused on delivering a modern web experience.
- Provided support to the Military and Government since 2014.
Sergio Santos – Senior Software Engineer
- 10+ years working in Information Technology (IT), including 5+ years of Oracle Application Express and Database Design.
- Proficient in backend technologies such as Java and PL/SQL, data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Provided support to the Military and Government since 2018.
Julio Romero – Java/Automation Engineer
- 10+ years working in Information Technology (IT), focusing on Automated end-to-end testing.
- Proficient in backend technologies such as Java and Node.js, and Automation tools like Selenium and Protractor.
- Provided support to the government since 2019.
